It’s 5 PM. You already know what’s for dinner.
The Complete 5 PM Rescue System gives you the recipe, the plan and the backup — so you’re not starting from zero every evening.
What’s inside
The 5 PM Rescue Recipe eBook — 30 practical dinner recipes: quick weeknight options plus batch-cook recipes, nutrition estimates, ingredient swaps and leftover transformations.
The 4-Week Dinner Blueprint — 4 planned weeks of dinners, weekly grocery lists organized by store section, prep notes, the Leftover Transformation Map, a Sunday setup checklist and blank templates to keep going after week 4.
20 Decision Cards — 5 categories (Portion, Swap, Rescue, Hack, Mindset) for the nights when the plan falls apart. Print them or keep them on your phone.
How it works
Plan the week → shop once from the list → cook from the eBook → pull a card when plans change.
